City Manager’s Message
Customer Satisfaction Survey
We kick off the new Fiscal Year 2017-2018 that starts October 1 with an updated Strategic Plan and Work Program. These documents are based on five fundamental goals:
- Enhance Customer Service and Engagement
- Support Community Safety and Preparedness
- Develop as a Choice Employer and Workforce
- Develop Quality Infrastructure and Technology
- Champion Economic Development and Fiscal Sustainability
It is important for us to know where we stand today from your point of view. This will help us monitor the effectiveness of City services and measure progress. To objectively assess El Segundo residents’ and businesses’ use of and satisfaction with various city services, the City of El Segundo is conducting a customer satisfaction survey.
Please help us spread the word about the survey. The business survey starts in early October 2017 and will run for three weeks. An independent market research company will administer an online survey of the companies located in El Segundo. The residential survey will be offered online and in traditional paper format. The online survey will come in form of an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the City of El Segundo named as the sender. Inside the email will be a link to the survey. The print format will be mailed via US Mail the week of October 10.
As City of El Segundo employees, it is a privilege to be of service. City staff is committed and dedicated to making a difference in your quality of life, safety, and economic development. Being realistic, we know that there are things we do well and some things we can likely do better. Please let us know where we are exceeding expectations or where we need improvement. Your honest opinion will help us take our service to the next level and fulfill our commitment.
Thank you for your participation and partnership!
