CIP Program Highlights
Storm Drain Abandonment on Eucalyptus Drive – Construction to begin in October and expected to be completed by December.
Pavement Rehabilitation – Construction to begin in the first week of October. The residential area will be completed in October, weather permitting; the commercial area schedule is being finalized.
Library Wi-Fi Zone – Contract in process.
Cedar/Walnut Water Main – Contract in process.
Police Flooring – Expected to be completed by mid-October.
Main Street Bollards – Construction is completed and the Contractor is working on punchlist items. Staff is concurrently coordinating the logistics of the bollards’ installation, removal and storage procedures.
Pump Station #1 and #7 modification – Under construction at Acacia Park. Construction to be completed in November.
Concrete Repair Project – Expected to be completed by early October.
Catch Basin Inserts – Inserts are being manufactured. Contractor is obtaining LA County permit for County catch basins.
Citywide Facilities Condition Assessment – In process.
Aquatics Center – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held September 29th. Construction continues and facility turnover to the City is slated for mid-November.
